If you are experiencing issues with any Microsoft Office app like Word, Excel or Powerpoint there are a few solutions which solves most issues.
Click with the Right mouse button on the Start menu icon. Open the first option "Installed apps" or "Apps and features". Depending on your windows version:
In the following screen we can search for Office, then click the 3 dots and open "Advanced Options":
Scroll down to Reset and click the first button "Repair". A little checkmark will appear next to it when it's done.
