The new SharePoint environment is more secure and restricted. This has been implemented to improve the safety and security of our systems and data.
You may encounter the following screen when browsing a site or library:
If you need access to the item you are trying to open, please send an access request to ictsupport@agriterra.org
The request should contain the following:
- A link to the file or folder you are trying to access.
- Specify whether you need Read or Edit permissions.
- Include an approval of your Regional Operational Manager, Regional manager or your Country manager.
Once the request has been approved IT will grant you the requested access.
