As a type of advisory service you have selected "Representation". This type of advisory service is used when Agriterra is being represented.
Tab: General
Mandatory fields are a title, the country, the start date. Important is to select the visiting organisation(s). If the applicable organisation(s) is (are) not in the list, then it first needs to be added as an executor to the project. Don't forget ti give a description of the Representation purpose.
Tab: INFO
A deliverable must be chosen (in most cases the deliverable is 02-01 Networking).The Themes are linked to the Deliverables so upon selecting a Theme the list of Deliverables will consists of only the 'logical' Deliverables.
Tab: Experts & Participants
On the tab "Experts & Participants" the experts can be added (participants can only be added to Events). When creating an advisory service it might not always be clear how many Experts will be involved. Therefore it is possible to give in an estimated number of Experts.
When adding an Expert you can select the applicable person by typing in his/her last name. A list will then appear and you can click on the correct person.
Note: the person must be registered as an Expert in the persons module.
Note: it is important to select the applicable organisation on behalf of which the expert will be conducting the advisory service. This will determine if the expert is an "peer to peer", "consultant" or "associate advisor".
Tab: Results & Files
In the tab Results a written summary can be entered and one or more documents (e.g. the mission report) can be uploaded.
