As a type of advisory service you have selected "Training". Trainings are always an Event.
Tab: General
Mandatory fields here are a title, the country, the start date.
Important here is to select the Host organisation and the participating organisations(s) If the applicable organisation(s) is (are) not in the list, then it first needs to be added as an executor to the project.
Tab: Info
At the tab INFO you must select a Theme and a Deliverable. The Themes are linked to the Deliverables so upon selecting a Theme the list of Deliverables will consists of only the 'logical' Deliverables.
It is also important to select the applicable product (e.g. FACT or My.Coop) in order to allow analysis of the use of the products.
Tab: Experts & Participants
On the tab "Experts & Participants" the experts and the participants can be added. When creating an event it might not always be clear how many Experts or participants will be involved. Therefore it is possible to give in an estimated number.
When adding an Expert you can select the applicable person by typing in his/her last name. A list will then appear and you can click on the correct person.
When adding a Participant you can select the applicable person by typing in his/her last name. A list will then appear and you can click on the correct person.
By default the Participant will be insured. If insurance is not needed then remove the checkmark.
Note: the expert must be registered as an Expert in the persons module.
Tab: Results
In the tab Results a written summary can be entered and one or more documents (e.g. the mission report) can be uploaded.
