Click on the Red + in the right corner. The dropdown will give you four options: Add Person / Add Organisation / Add Project / Download Project Data

Click on Add Project and it will lead you through the project wizard.

First you’ll have to select Light registration of Full registration

Light registration

A pop-up will appear. There there are some mandatory fields (*): Title, Program, Main deliverable, Intervention level, Start and End date, Region and/or Country, Main executor - scroll down - Specialism.

Please also fill in a project description, the total project budget, possible other executors, and Commodities

Full registration

A pop-up will appear. There there are some mandatory fields (*) (A project can always be saved as a draft and can be found again under Concept projects. Once all data is complete, a project number will appear when saved.)

• Title: Does the project title refer to the distinctive features of activities or approach in the proposal? The title should be max 10 words and refer to the main objective or activity. Words such as  "-project, support to ..., the development of ..., the strengthening of ..." should be avoided, as well as information already given in other fields (such as name of the organisation, name of the country, etc).
• Intervention level - Choose the level this project will have effect on
• Start date of the project
• End date of the project (once you’ve filled in a date, two new tabs will appear: MEMO & BUDGET)
• Main deliverable - óne main deliverable has to be chosen for the project, which represents the core activity of the project.
• Country or Region: when you chose a region, you cannot also choose a country and vice versa
• Main executor: Click on the executor; you are in the organisation module now.
  • Is contact information of the organisation available? (is there enough information to be able to send contracts by e-mail and post?)
  • Are the formal documents uploaded and years indicated: act of constitution or articles of association, Audited financial statement, composition of the board, proof of legal personality

• Specialism: Select minimal one as further specification of the selected deliverable(s).It allows easy access (finding alike projects), consolidation and monitoring & evaluation. Only select specialisms that are subject to the specific targets of the project.

Please also fill in a possible other executors, and Commodities

SAVE the project

Fill in the not mandatory field by using the pencil:

• Description: Give the history and context. Brief summary of the main points of the proposed project (project objectives, expected results, main activities)
• Project plan: This field can also has to be filled: A more specific description of the project is given here, which will be succinct (less than one page) and to the point. Discuss the following five topics:
  (1) project background and rationale: project context, target group, social and economic aspects, main commodities and markets, main stakeholders
  (2) monitoring and evaluation: measurable indicators, sources of data collection
  (3) on sustainability and cost efficiency: discuss sustainability after project period, project replicability, link to the farmers' organisation overall development strategy, relation between costs and output
  (4) on cross-cutting issues: gender equality; environmental sustainability; financial management

• Other deliverables + corresponding targets: óne main deliverable has beeb chosen for the project, which represents the core activity of the project. Other deliverables are possible. For each deliverable chosen, targets have to be chosen as well.
