As a type of advisory service you have selected "Exchange". Exchanges always involve participants and are therefore always an Event.
Tab: General
Fill in as many fields as possible. Mandatory fields (*) are a title, country, start date.
Important here is to select the Host organisation and the participating organisations(s). If the applicable organisation(s) is (are) not in the list, then they need to be added as an executor to the project. You can do this at a later stage.

Fill in as many fields as possible. Mandatory fields (*) are Theme and Deliverable.
Themes are linked to the Deliverables so upon selecting a Theme the list of Deliverables will consists of only the Deliverables linked to that theme.
Tab: Experts & Participants
Fill in the number of experts and participants.
When creating an event it might not always be clear how many Experts or participants will be involved. Therefore it is possible to give in an estimated number.
When adding an Expert you can select the applicable person by typing in his/her last name. A list will then appear and you can click on the correct person. The organisation is mandatory.
When adding a Participant you can select the applicable person by typing in his/her last name. A list will then appear and you can click on the correct person.
By default the Participant will not be insured. If insurance is needed then tick the checkmark.
Note: the expert must be registered as an Expert in the persons module.
