Annually we have to send activity reports to our donors. To do that we need information about projects and farmers’ organisations / cooperatives as input for these reports. Analysts need information about the results achieved per country and per region to give an overview of our achievement on a quarterly and annual basis. To write about the 'hard' part of the report (numbers, names, statuses, amounts budgeted and realised, achieved targets etc.) it is necessary that this information is available through agro-info.net.
Keeping customer and project information up to date in our database is an essential aspect of the work of all employees!
That means that when it comes to customer and project information, the business advisor is the first port of call, at least for the aspects that are given below:

PROJECT REPORTING: The (in the language of the project) completed project results (either in field (Term): Mid or End).
The fields project achievements, activity assessment, inclusiveness (women & youth) activities, environmental sustaInability and financial sustainability have to be filled.
ADVISORY SERVICES REPORTING: The (in the language of the project) advisory services summary.
EXTRA PROJECT RESULTS:
MARKET TYPE: choose one of these: no information / local markets / neighbouring countries, international markets
COST SHARING: choose one of these: None/ Input supply / Infrastructure / Extension
FUND BLENDING: choose one of these: None / Micor finance / / Development bank or other bank / Trader / Private company
VALUE CHAIN: choose one or more of these: no particicular link / Inputs / Member access to resources / Production / Storage and direct post harvest
On the BUDGET tab
Choose the applicable year.
Assign realised amounts to the correct contributor and contract. Assign realised amounts to the project executor.
Assign outreach en gender budget.
