The PROCESS of adding advisory services to a project

The first time we come across planned advisory services and events (or assignments) is in the advisory service memo and action plan. In this MEMO the business advisor (BA) describes the planned activities for the coming year with the client which involves advisory services and/or events.

The client information analyst will finalise the budgets based on the input of the BA and fill in all financial details. 

Next, the business advisor will create the necessary advisory services and events (by clicking on +) thus generating a unique number for each of them. The business advisor will fill in the details about possible products, the involved organisations, the end and start date etc.
