Planned advisory services can be found in the Action plan (Advisory services memo). An analyst client information adds the budget information to the project.
In the Budget tab, click on the year and on + at the Planned Advisory services [year]. Fill in the Title.
There are two types of Advisory services:
A deliverable is mandatory as well as the Country where the advisory service will take place.
When Type is "Advisory Service", the type of advisory services can be:
For each of these choices there are mandatory fields (*). Be aware, where it says "Employee", the name of an employee needs to be chosen.
Once the advisory services have been filled in, the donor contract has to be chosen (can be more than one) and the total amount as well as the amount for administrative cost need to be filled in.
The advisory service can be saved.
