For Agriterra the realised costs/expenditures are imported from Exact. These imported amounts are recognisable by the by the "E"-logo of Exact and cannot be changed.
The imported amounts will around April/May of the following year be allocated to the applicable donor contracts.
If the amounts are not correct then they should be changed in Exact and for this finadm@agriterra.org should be contacted.
