Assigning realised local costs [year]
The following fields need to be filled: Title (for instance 'local costs'), donor contract and an amount. If more donors are involved, click on + ADD COST to add the title, donor contract and amount.
Assigning transferred to FO amounts [year]
The following fields need to be filled: Title (for instance 'transferred'), donor contract and an amount if more donor contracts are linked.
Assigning realised advisory services costs
When assigning realised advisory services, Donor contract(s) has/have to be added. Amounts realised have to be divided over the donor contracts until the unallocated amount is € 0.00 for each item.
Assigning realised admin costs
Click on the pencil. A pop-up appears. The following fields need to be filled: Title (for instance 'admin costs'), donor contract and an amount. If more donors are involved, click on + ADD COST to add the title, donor contract and amount.
