Locking budget
When the project is set to the status 'Closed' the realised costs/expenditures will be automatically locked.
Unlocking busget
When the budget need to be corrected but the budgets are locked (active of finished status of the project) they can be unlocked by an authorised user. Usually the authorisations are distributed among the financial department.
Users that have been given the role to manually lock & unlock bdugets, can adjust this accordingly by clicking on the three dots.
