Contract options are:
- Full project contract: money transfer to the organisation is > € 5,000
- Light project contract: money transfer to the organisation is < € 5,000
- Letter of Intent: no transfer of money involved
Optional: Budget change
If the budget for a project has to be increased with more than 15%,
- Analyst receives memo with request from business advisor
- Approval by M
an ‘unlock budget’ request is sent to the financial department. The budget is changed and the Change is communicated from the analyst to the financial department.
Check if a balance from a former project or former contract is included, if applicable.
