When a person is firstly marked as an expert the status is default set to 'New'. This implies that the expert is known but did not have an intake conversation yet. The intake conversation is needed before an expert will be sent out on an assignment.
|
Status |
Explanation |
|
New |
A potential expert has been recognised but no intake has been done yet |
|
Intake |
A potential expert has had an intake but has not (yet) been on an advisory service |
|
Active |
An expert has been on an advisory service at least once and is available for other advisory services |
|
Inactive |
After 3 years of ‘no assignments’ agro-info.net will change the status from ‘Active’ to ‘Inactive’. |
|
Rejected |
An expert is no longer available. The agri-agency has decided this. |
|
Resigned |
An expert is no longer available. The reason for this comes from the expert him/herself. |
So the ‘agripool’ can be divided in 3 smaller ‘pools’ based on the status:
New + Intake = potential experts
Active = current pool of active experts
Inactive + Rejected + Resigned = experts no longer available
