When creating a project you will see the option to create either an institutional project or a client project. 

Institutional project:

The projects that do not directly target a client but are focusing on the institutional improvement of Agriterra (or AgriCord), are ‘administrative’ projects, or are meant to group advisory services that are alike e.g.: Scopings, Assessments, Audits etc.). For these projects the main executor is always an agri-agency, or a local office of an agri-agency.

These projects do not require the same data as client projects and there are some different validations:

- the main executor of the project is always an agri-agency or an agri-agency's local office

- an 'Approach' is not registered

- there is no need to register any involved commodities

- for reporting the 'extra project results' (i.e. Market type, Value chain link, Fund blending and Cost sharing) are not needed

The rest of the project lifecycle (Application, Active, Finished and Closed) will be the same as is the registration of Targets, Budgets and Advisory services/Events.
