An advisory service (AS/EV) can have different statuses:
Application: upon creation of the AS/EV the status will be set to 'Application'. This means that the applicable AS/EV is in preparation but not (yet) approved.
Active: authorised users may set the applicable AS/EV to 'Active' thus approving the AS/EV, this is the mission activator of the applicable team.
Postponed: when an AS/EV will be postponed but the new date is not yet know, the status can be set to Postponed.
Finished: At the end date of the advisory service, as added to the system, agro-info.net will set the status to 'Finished'. This means the AS/EV has ended and awaiting reporting and closure.
Closed: when all reporting is done and checked an authorised user may set the status to Closed, this is the mission activator of the applicable team.
Cancelled: when an AS/EV does not take place, the status can be set to 'Cancelled'. This status can only be set by the manager of the assignment.
