Submitting a project to AgriCord

When a project is to be submitted to AgriCord, several fields are mandatory:

  • Description
  • Deliverables (for the main deliverable mandatory targets are given) and targets
  • Annual budget
  • Memo fields - Questions A to N have to be answered

Once all fields are filled, the button eligibility check has to be clicked (*). The AgriCord secretariat will check the mandatory fields and

  • respond back via email if the information is not complete.
  • submit the project to the Project Committee when the information is complete

Project Committee members can choose Endorse or Disapprove. Once 2 Project Committe members have endorsed the project and it has been in the list of 'submitted to the PC" for 2 weeks, the project will be moved to the list "Awating approval by the Chair". The Chair can choose Approve, Disapprove or On Hold.

The PC dashboard gives an overview of:

  • Projects still to be checked by the Secretariat;
  • Projects Awaiting approval of the Project Committee;
  • Projects waiting approval by the Chair of the PC;
  • Projects which a changed status during the last 14 days.

 

(*) for Agriterra:

  • the consistency check has to be approved before the eligibility button appears;
  • the Involve AgriCord button needs to be clicked.
