In order to add the outreach and the gender budget there need to be local costs.
After having filled in the local costs budget the option to register outreach and the gender budget will become available.
Registering outreach is done by entering the number of persons reached with this project at a certain level (e.g. local, (sub-)national or regional). After the project has been carried out the actual outreach can be filled in.
The gender budget registration is split in two parts:
- total gender budget; budgets that are available for gender related work in a project
- Agriterra gender budget: the budget that is available, contributed by Agriterra, for gender related work in a project.
