In agro-info.net it is possible to register contact moments between individuals/organisations and organisations.

Registering a contact moment for a person works in the same way as for an organisation.

After clicking on the + button to register a new contact moment a new window will open up. Here you can fill in the following:

- give the contact moment a title, this title is visible in the list of all contact moments

- select the person who creates the contact moment (who could be someone else than the persons who had the contact moment)

- select the date of the contact moment

- select the type of the contact moment, here 'survey feedback' is reserved for feedback that is received from surveys and not so much as a contact moment.

- select the involved persons

- select the involved organisations

- write the details of the contact moment in the description
