Each project has a lifecycle over several statuses, going from 'Application' to 'Active, to 'Finished' and finally to 'Closed'.
Both activating and closing will be done manually (where 'Application' is set by default upon creating a project and 'Finished' is automatically set upon the end date of the project).
Activating a project can only be done from the status 'Application'. The project is usually created by a business advisor and to activate the project a consistency check will be done.
1. A business advisor will create the project and sent the project to the client information analyst
2. A client information analyst will add the budgets and sent the project to the client information officer
3. A client information officer will check the project (consistency check) and when all registrations are found correct will sent the project to the manager agri-advice.
4. After checking the project the manager agri-advice will sent the project to the financial department where the project will be set to 'Active'.
