The recruiting department finds and selects some experts based on the business advisor's vacancy/ request. For this request a Terms of Reference (template) needs to be made as well as a Vacancy Agripool (template). Both documents have to be emailed to the recruiting department.
From the options given by the recruiting department, an expert is chosen who fits the assignment. The expert has to be linked to the assignment in agro-info.net
The business advisor get in touch with the expert and sends him/her a Risk Acceptance Form.
In the assignment folder the following documents are available before approval of the assignment can be approved:
- Terms of Reference
- Mission request Form
- Risk Acceptance Form (filled in and signed by the expert)
