Fix for language bug in Teams invites

This fix is for the language bug in Teams. The user may receive an invitation in Chinese which should have been in English.

 

1. Open start, type "Control Panel" then open it. 

2. Click "Region".

3. In the new window select "Change system locale".

4. Uncheck the box next to "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support"

5. Restart your computer. Now the invites should be working correctly.
